Delivery

FREE
packing and delivery of all retail orders in the UK
Please telephone if you have an urgent, critical required date
to confirm stock etc is available.
We endeavour to meet all required dates shown on customer
orders - or will contact you with alternatives.
Most orders are despatched 2 to 5 working days after
receipt.
Although we make every effort
to ensure the order is delivered promptly, we cannot accept responsibilty for
unforseen delays by post or carriers! |

Delivery
Method
Larger UK orders are despatched by
carrier for delivery next working day to most parts of the UK. Highlands
Scotland , N Ireland, offshore islands and smaller items are sent by postal
services.
MOST
UK DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY - PLEASE ENSURE YOU ADVISE A
DELIVERY ADDRESS WHERE THE PACKAGE CAN BE SIGNED FOR (PERHAPS YOUR WORKPLACE OR
A NEIGHBOUR)
IF
THE CARRIER MAKES 2 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER AND NO-ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE
PACKAGE, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR THE THIRD
DELIVERY.

How to
order
Using the Shopping Basket
To order any item, just click the 'Add to basket' button
next to the item. You can change the quantity before you click.
Each time you 'Add to Basket' you will be taken to the
shopping basket page which shows the items ordered and prices. You can review
the contents of the shopping basket at any time by choosing 'review basket' on
any showroom page.
You can always remove an item
- or change quantity - from the shopping basket by changing the quantity shown
(change to zero if you want to delete the item completely) then press the
'recalculate' button.
You can choose to continue
shopping or go to the secure payments pages. When you have finished your order
press the 'go to payments' button on the shopping basket page.
Credit/Debit card payment is on secure SSL encrypted pages.
Most major credit/debit cards accepted.
After you
have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt email almost
immediately.
To order by telephone or fax
Just
advise the item reference numbers and your card details.

FREE packing and delivery of all retail orders in the
UK
Simply add the items to your shopping
basket and place the order. The total price shown is the price you
pay!
When you have completed your order go to the
shopping cart and click the 'go to Payments' button. When you have entered your
address details, click 'continue' and you have a choice of paying by credit /
debit card on our secure, encrypted system - or by Paypal.
We do ask for a minimum order of 8.00 UK pounds due to
credit card and bank charges. |
Ordering
from other Countries
We send all
orders by air which ensures delivery to most countries in a few days.We do ask for a minimum order of 8.00 UK pounds due to credit card
and bank charges.
Additional Shipping Costs for Other
Countries
We charge an additional
amount for shipping just to cover costs.
If the extra shipping charge is 5.00 UK pounds or less, we will
add the extra to your order cost and despatch your order as soon as
possible.
If the extra shipping charge
is more than 5.00 UK pounds, we will advise the shipping cost to you by
email and wait for your emailed approval before despatching.
If you would like us to advise shipping costs before
despatch irrespective of the extra cost, please add a note in the 'Messages and
Special Requests' text box in the shopping basket. (for example ..."please do
not despatch until I have approved shipping costs").
Please note if you pay by Paypal, we will always send an
email request for the additional shipping costs.
Online Payments - other
Countries

Prices in other currencies
Credit or Debit cards - we can accept payments in
UK Pounds only, your credit card company will convert automatically from your
currency and will normally charge just a nominal amount for their conversion
costs.
Paypal - we accept
payments via the shopping basket in UK Pounds (GBP) only. When you select
Paypal as you payment option, the Paypal screen will show the total cost to you
in your currency (this is the simplest method of online payment showing exactly
the amount you are paying in your own currency).
If you are a Paypal user and would like us to quote a price in Euros
(EUR), US Dollars(USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD) and Japanese Yen (JPY) please
send an email with details of the items you wish to order
and the delivery address. We will email a price including delivery, in the
selected currency with a link to Paypal for you to pay for the
order.
