(via our associate modern
specialist factory).

We
can repair many crystal and glass items.
The lip of chipped glasses may be
ground down to remove the damaged area and other repairs and refurbishments are
undertaken.
For a family piece, an heirloom, part of a collection - or just
a favourite crystal or glass item.
This service is also widely used by
antique collectors and traders who have crystal items requiring attention - or
have purchased crystal from an antique sale or auction and wish to
refurbish.
After confirmation that the repair can be effected, the item can
be sent to us and we will usually return in 5 to 10 days, depending on the
extent of the repair required. Please note that although we take every care
when repairing and the vast majority of repairs are successful, the customer
must accept all risks of loss or damage.

You are welcome to visit the workshop (Tuesday-Thursday 10am to
5pm, Friday 10am-3pm) in Leamington Spa for a free appraisal of any damaged
item. We will advise if repairs are feasible.

Your specified pattern design can be cut on a wide range of
crystal including glasses, vases, decanters, bowls, paperweights and
more.
We can also engrave text,
illustrations, company or association logos - almost any design you require. We
can even scan and engrave handwriting!
Enquiries from personal and corporate customers,
wedding lists, collectors, groups and associations are always
welcome.
All artwork is designed and
prepared within the company allowing great flexibility in meeting your
requirement.

We can design and prepare 3D laser designs to your own
specification in our associated modern production facilities overseas. We
believe our prices are very competitive and total lead time for most orders is
just 2 to 6 weeks.
You can request 3D
designs of buildings, people, company logos, nature or any suitable depiction.
We only require suitable photos or artwork - see details
below.
Due to the costs of the
complex design and setup of the laser equipment for each production run,
commissioning is suited to a minimum quantity of 50 or more of the same
design.
We scale prices according
to the quantity ranging from 50 units to 300, 500, 1,000 to 50,000 or more of
any single design.
