Orders Orders may be placed by
personal visit, telephone, letter, fax or via the web store SSL order system.
You can also email orders and telephone credit card details (or ask us in the
email to phone you for card details). To
order by telephone or fax - just advise the item reference numbers and your
card details. Postal payments may be made with
credit card, cheque or P.O. (Payable to Warwick Crystal Designs ).
A receipt will be included with your consignment.
Delivery The prices
shown on the internet pages are in UK Pounds and include packing and delivery
to UK destinations. Please see the Ordering Information page for shipment costs to
other countries. Cancellation and Returns You may
cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the
goods. Please return them to us and we will exchange or refund payment within
14 days after receipt. Personalised and perishable goods are not normally
returnable unless faulty or damaged. Please
advise any damage or shortages in your delivery within 7 days of receipt. We
will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt for goods deemed
to be when we receive the returned items. When
returning items, please ensure they are securely packed and obtain a 'proof of
posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier. Privacy We are committed to
protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about
you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
